We are a small business, and we print all of our graphics at our print shop in Joplin, MO. We fulfill orders as fast as we can. Please give us grace on processing delays and shipping times that are out of our control.
There is an increased number of shipping delays with USPS. Thank you for your patience and understanding. The processing times detailed below are NOT guaranteed at this time.

When will my order ship?
All orders will be processed within 1-6 business days if standard shipping is selected (USPS First Class). Our friends at USPS pick up our shipments at the end of each business day. Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
*Please note that Etta & East also does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
*While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Etta & East cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.

USPS Priority Mail Express: This is our fastest and most efficient shipping method. Your order will be processed in 1 business day. However, if you place an express order before 12 PM (noon) CT Monday – Friday, we will process and ship the order that same day. Once you receive our processing email, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days.

How do I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email or by tracking your number at usps.com.
**please note that USPS tracking is more reliable than the Shop App
Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
Once you receive our email stating that your order is processing, Etta + East is unable to make any changes or modifications to an order, as we begin working on shipping your order immediately.
However, if you notice your address is incorrect when you receive your confirmation email, please reach out to customerservice@shopettaandeast.com. We ask that in your email you include your first and last name, your order number and what changes need to be made.
What happens if my package is refused or sent back to the sender?
If your shipment is refused or returned to the sender, you will receive an email notifying you once the package arrives back to Etta + East. If a package is returned due to an insufficient shipping address, the customer is responsible for the charge to ship the order again. This amount must be paid before items are re-shipped to the customer’s correct shipping address. Payments are emailed to customers through an online invoice. You have 14 days after the email is sent to respond to Etta + East before your order goes through the returns process for store credit. The original shipping charge will be subtracted from the store credit. If the customer opts to have the order refunded, the original shipping charge will be subtracted.
We only offer store credit for returns. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
All returns must be made within 14 DAYS of the order being delivered. Please make sure it is delivered back to Etta + East by day 14. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
Etta + East does not provide return labels or reimburse shipping costs.
Once a return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Any of the following items are considered final sale. No exceptions will be made so please shop responsibly!
SALE ITEMS: Any item purchased at a discount of 30% off or more is automatically final sale. We can not return or exchange items purchased with this deep discount. Shop responsibly! NO EXCEPTIONS.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email customerservice@shopettaandeast.com within 2 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. We do not damage claim after 2 days of delivery.
EXCHANGES: Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.
If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s). we will refund to the original payment if this step is followed.
SHOES: Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.
PREORDERS: All preordered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they are special ordered just got you. No exceptions.
TRUCKER HAT: Trucker hats are final sale. no exceptions!!
INCORRECT ORDERS: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, this is for you! Let us know by emailing customerservice@shopettaandeast.com with your order number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 2 days of shipment on your order or it will not be accepted. We’ll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you’ve received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 2 days so that we can ship you the correct item.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: We’re sorry but we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing the order. We cannot adjust and/or change after the purchase is complete!
HOLIDAY STYLES: Holiday styles cannot be returned within less than 7 days prior to the holiday. No returns will be accepted.
INELIGIBLE ITEMS RETURNED TO US: Returns postmarked after 14 days from the ship date are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc). This restocking fee is equal to 15% of the original purchase price or $3/item whichever is greater.
Returns that are postmarked after 14 days of ship date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
