Do you offer local pickup?
We do NOT currently offer local pickup
Do I have to ship my return back if I am local?
We do have a dropbox for local customers to make returns without shipping their packages back. The bright yellow dropbox is located behind 2195 Coyote Dr. Joplin, MO (across the street from our original storefront)

Should I receive an email and tracking number after placing an order?
Yes, you will receive 2 separate emails. The first email confirms your order was received and is processing. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a second email with a tracking number. If you do not receive either of these emails, reach out via help.ettaandeast@gmail.com.
If you ordered an Etta Original item (most graphic tees, trucker hats, and bag charms), please allow 4-6 business days for your tracking information to update :)
Order tracking has been stuck/my package is lost -- What do I do next?
Please reach out to your local USPS, FedEx, etc. for more information on your packages location. Reach out to help.ettaandeast@gmail.com for extra help!!
What do I do if my order item(s) arrive damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, please reach out to help.ettaandeast@gmail.com with a description and any photos you can take of the damaged item. From there we will evaluate the damage and make sure you are taken care of!
Do you restock styles that are sold out?
We may restock certain styles, but there is no guarantee that a sold out item will come back in stock. Follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook @shopettaandeast because we do a lot of polls on what we should restock!
