Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant, and perfume free
If applicable, all original tags must be attached
Etta & East reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
All returns must be made within 7 DAYS of the order being delivered.
Etta & East provides return labels through our return portal. There is a $10 return fee to cover the shipping cost.
Please do your best to have the return shipped back to Etta & East by DAY 7. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment.
Returns that exceed this limit will NOT be accepted.
Once a return is delivered, please allow at least 3 business days for it to be processed.
The following items are considered FINAL SALE ALWAYS:

All jewelry, including earrings
All hair accessories
All trucker hats
Limited Edition items
SALE ITEMS: Any item purchased at a discount of 25% OFF OR MORE is automatically final sale. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges at this discount. Shop responsibly, there are NO exceptions!

EXCHANGES: Due to our small team and quickly changing inventory, we no longer offer exchanges.
If an exchange is necessary, the customer can return the original item(s) and wait to receive their store credit to reorder OR the customer can go ahead and purchase the new item(s) and Etta & East will refund to the original payment method once the returned item(s) have been received.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please use our return portal and select "Item is faulty." You will be prompted to provide additional details and photos.
RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM: If you received the wrong item, please use our return portal and select "Wrong item received." You will be prompted to provide additional details and photos.
MISSING ITEM: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you are missing an item, please let us know by emailing customerservice@shopettaandeast.com (include your order number in your message). All reports must be made within two days of delivery.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to your order total prior to submitting the order. We cannot adjust and/or change anything after the purchase is complete!
HOLIDAY STYLES: Holiday styles cannot be returned within less than 7 days prior to the holiday. No returns will be accepted.
Items purchased for or clearly intended for specific holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Fourth of July, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) are not eligible for return after the holiday has passed. To qualify for a return, these items must be approved for return prior to the date of the holiday.
