For your first box, you will be charged at the time the order is placed. Every month after that, you will be charged on the 5th.
Subscription payments are set for the 5th of the month, allowing a 5-day period to correct failed payments before the boxes ship on the 10th.
You will receive an email with a link to update your payment method. If your payment failed due to insufficient funds, you will still have to update your payment method (even if you want to use the same card).
Once your payment method has been updated, please email customerservice@shopettaandeast.com to confirm you will receive that months box.
If the payment is not corrected before the 10th of the month, you will not receive that months box. You will be charged for the following months box.
It is the customers responsibility to make changes to their subscription BEFORE the automatic payment is processed on the 5th of the month.
Subscription boxes ship the 10th day of every month. If the 10th is on a weekend, they will ship the Friday before or the Monday after, whichever is closer to the 10th.
The photos on our website will update on the 1st of every month. We will also post it on our social media @shopettaandeast
You cannot cancel your subscription until after 3 successful payments.
